What is SpinXpereince?
SpinXperience is a high-energy outdoor spinning event where riders enjoy 45-minute rhythm rides set to music.
Each session blends cardio, choreography, and endurance while fostering community, wellness, and connection.
Riders can book one or multiple sessions, experience brand activations, scenic views, and curated gift bags, and celebrate movement together because riding is better together.

Fashion
What Should I wear?
​Wear light, comfortable, and moisture-wicking activewear that lets you move freely. Think shorts or leggings, a breathable top, and bring your own cycling shoes as they will not be available to rent at the event. You can also wear your regular gym shoes.
Supportive sneakers are a must, and don’t forget a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bring a water bottle and towel to stay hydrated and keep cool throughout your ride.

Is Spinning Good for weightloss?
A 45-minute session can burn 400-700 calories while building muscle and boosting metabolism through high-intensity interval training.

What Should I Expect ?
Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and bike setup. Each ride is 45 minutes of high-energy spinning set to beats from Gqom to Hip-Hop, Electronic, and more music.
You can ride a single session or book multiple sessions throughout the day. Expect a warm-up, rhythm-based riding, strength work with weights, and a mindful cool-down.
Between rides, you can explore wellness zones, hydration stations, scenic views, and brand activations, meet and connect with like-minded riders, grab a bite, and enjoy the festival vibe. Take home a curated gift bag.
