The 19th Annual South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTA19) took place at the Gallagher Convention Centre. The theme for the night being: "One story. One Industry. One Future. Celebrating South Africa's Screen Legacy, Together." A moving ceremony held to honour 50 years of South African film, television and storytelling.

The SAFTA's are a significant event in South Africa's entertainment calendar as it celebrates the talent and creativity that influences the country's film and television industry over the past 18 months.
